This movie would be a milestone in the careers of Parasuram, Rohit and me as well. We are planning to shoot this film without compromising the quality. The movie will cover all commercial elements attracting the people from all walks of life. One of the notable heroines will be cast as leading lady in this film. A prominent hero will play yet another important role. Regular shooting will start from January.”

The four-time M.L.A, was one amongst the prime candidates considered for the top chair, ever since K.Rosaiah announced his resignation today. It is heard that Kiran Kumar had met Sonia Gandhi four to five times earlier this year, giving her updates of the happenings in the state. This is said to have made an impression on the AICC President.

Kiran Kumar Reddy was once close to former Chief Ministers Kotla Vijaya Bhaskara Reddy and Nedurumalli Janardhan Reddy. However, after winning the elections in 2004 he got close to Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy. This one time Ranji Cricket Player was supposed to get a minister position after becoming an M.L.A for the fourth time in 2009. However, he had to be content with Speaker’s position.

It seems his straightforward attitude, coming from Rayalaseema region (the same region where Y.S.Jagan comes from), foreign education and being young have all worked in his favor.

It is expected that Geetha Reddy will be made the Deputy C.M. and Botsa Satyanarayana will be elected as the Pradesh Congress Committee Chief.

Congress Senior Leaders Show Their Class!

The State Congress Legislative Party met late in the evening today after Rosaiah’s resignation. Senior leaders of the AICC, Pranab Mukherjee, Ahmed Patel, Ghulam Nabi Azad, and Veerappa Moily oversaw the proceedings of the meeting. While big ruckus was expected from the supporters of Y.S.Jaganamohan Reddy, nothing big happened at the meeting. All M.L.A.’s pledged their support to Party President Sonia Gandhi, saying that they will support anyone she selects.

Things have moved quite fast since then for Kiran Kumar Reddy. After updating the proceedings of the meeting to Sonia, Pranab had called Kiran Kumar to come visit him. While the decision was expected later tomorrow, the four senior leaders worked out things at express pace, ensuring that there was no delay.

With this decision, Sonia Gandhi has given a new twist to Jaganmohan Reddy who wanted to become the C.M. Sonia seems to have given a fitting reply to the scathing attacks he launched recently against her. Kiran Kumar Reddy is the beneficiary and Jagan is the loser, as of now.

Raja Vannem Reddy is directing this film with Saloni in title role and Vikram, Yashwanth, Harsha and Saichand in male lead roles. Vasu handles the camera. Vaanapalli Baburao is the producer.

Venu Sriram earlier assisted Bommarillu, Parugu and other films for producer Dil Raju.

In Hyderabad city, Orange has set a new record as it is slated to be screened on 67 screens on day one. This number is expected to crawl up and touch seventy on the release day, say trade analysts. That means Hyderabad city will be painted Orange on November 26. The craze and buzz is equally good in cities like Vijayawada, Vishakapatnam and other major cites and towns in Andhra Pradesh.

We have to wait for another couple of days to see if Orange is worth the hype and expectations or not?
